DO YOU PROVIDE SETUP AND TAKE-DOWN SERVICES FOR THE TENTS?

Yes, we offer setup and take-down services for all our tents, to ensure that they are set up correctly and safely. Our team will arrive at the event site before the event begins to set up the tent, and will return after the event to take it down.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS DURING MY EVENT?

Our tents are waterproof and can withstand light to moderate rain. However, in case of heavy rain or extreme weather conditions, we recommend renting sidewalls and/or heaters to keep the inside of the tent dry and comfortable.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY TENT RENTAL?

We recommend booking your tent rental as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons. Typically, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice for bookings, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. Please contact us to check availability and secure your rental.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE TENT DURING MY EVENT?

We require a damage deposit at the time of booking, which will be refunded after the tent has been inspected and determined to be in the same condition as when it was rented. If there is damage to the tent during the event, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the damage deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
